Doctor amputates boy's arm using SMS instructions | Register Hardware

The graphic they included on the story is hilarious. Good on the doctor for being resourceful, and being able to perform the surgery with what had to be simple instructions.

My guess is it was an email, not SMS.

I could see a mashup from webmd and twitter in the works!
